At Mulyoharjo Furniture, we strive to make our business processes transparent and flexible to meet the needs of our clients. Below are the detailed terms governing orders, pricing, shipping, payment, and more.

Order Quantity

Flexibility:

We primarily collaborate with furniture wholesalers and retailers. No minimum order is required, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Container Orders:

For orders of one container of furniture products, our pricing is based on FOB Semarang Port, Central Java, Indonesia.

Price Terms

Our furniture prices are calculated on an FOB (Free on Board) Semarang Port basis.

Days of Delivery

Initial Orders:

For first-time or trial orders, delivery takes approximately 60 days from receipt of the deposit payment.

Regular Orders:

For ongoing customers, we can ship up to four 40-foot containers per month, ensuring a steady supply of our furniture.

Payment Terms

Deposit and Balance:

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.

The remaining 50% must be paid before loading furniture into the container.

Order Updates:

We keep our customers informed about the progress of their orders, providing regular updates to ensure clarity and transparency at every stage.

Freight Forwarder

Customer’s Choice:

Customers are free to use their preferred or trusted freight forwarder.

Assistance Available:

If needed, we can help identify and arrange competitive pricing with reliable freight forwarders in Indonesia.

Order Cancellation

Policy:

Please note that order cancellations are non-refundable. Ensure all details are confirmed before placing an order.
