Charging time is 14.00 West Indonesian time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. We ship using trusted couriers such as Colissimo and Evergreen or others, ensuring timely delivery. Standard shipping includes tracking and signature-free delivery.
- Optional Shipping Services:
If you prefer a more secure shipping option, such as Colissimo Extra (which requires a signature upon delivery), this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before selecting this method to ensure all preferences are met.
- Tracking:
Whichever shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
Shipping and Handling Costs
- Inclusive Costs:
Shipping costs include handling, packing, and postage. While the handling fee is fixed, shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your order.
- Order Consolidation:
To minimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping all desired items into one order. Please note that separate orders cannot be combined, and individual shipping charges will apply to each order.

- Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Returns are made when the furniture order is shipped when the next container for regular buyers, Returns can be made via LCL shipping all shipping costs are paid by the customer.
